Fehd Bahnini

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Fehd Bahnini advises investors, institutions and private companies on strategic projects across energy, infrastructure and investment development in Morocco. Prior to founding Neomar Advisory, he gained experience in private equity and energy trading with Galp Energia. Working on projects related to industrial development and infrastructure investments. He holds a Master’s degree in Energy, Trade & Finance from City, University of London.

Othmane Kanouni is the founder of Shemsy Energy, a company specialized in renewable energy projects. Prior to Shemsy Energy, he held roles in finance in Paris, including at My Money Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from EPFL and a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from ECE Paris.
